You don’t need to
become someone new.
You need to remove what was never really you, and build a life around what remains.

Most of us spent the first half of life becoming who we needed to be in order to survive, succeed, or belong. We built a self that worked, and along the way, we lost touch with the one underneath. This phase uncovers the masks, the patterns, and the single belief running quietly beneath them all. The work isn’t to fix you. It’s to show you that you were never broken - you adapted.
Once the patterns are visible, something else can begin to emerge: who you actually are when you stop performing. Your natural strengths. Your real intelligences. The things that energise you for no good reason. The work you were quietly designed to do. This phase isn’t about discovering a new identity. It’s about recognising the one that’s been there all along.
Meaning alone isn’t enough. The final phase is about translation: turning who you are into how you live, contribute, and earn. Your next mountain. A way of working and being in the world that runs on alignment rather than willpower. This is where insight becomes income, and where the second half of life starts looking different from the first.

I help high-achievers who’ve lost their appetite for the climb.
Three decades in business. Six companies. One catastrophic financial loss. A long stretch in the valley between mountains. And eventually, the work I wish someone had put in front of me twenty years earlier.
The 2nd Mountain is that work.
